Grayscale Promotes 4, Hires Another 5 To Nashville Team

Grayscale Marketing, an industry leader in marketing and communication services based in Nashville, Tenn., has announced a round of promotions and hirings to support the agency’s newly formed Brand Division.


Rasha Shaker has been promoted to Research and Engagement Supervisor. She will oversee the department and lead the newly created Brand Division’s efforts in customer service and customer acquisition, online conversions, and digital growth for the agency’s non-profit, small business, and corporate clients. The move marks Shaker’s third promotion within the firm following her role as Advertising and Marketing Coordinator.


Matt Alese has been elevated to Lead Project Manager for the Arts & Entertainment Division promoted from his previous position of Digital & Partnership Coordinator where he oversaw business development for the agency’s northeast territory. This promotion marks the third advancement within the agency for the Northeastern University graduate.


Dakota Davis has been promoted to Project Manager overseeing the newly launched Brand Division for the agency. Davis’s previous roll was Marketing Assistant where he supported the creative team, ran the agency social platforms as well as the agency’s web series The Golden Rules. Davis joins the firm with experience at Vector Management, The Anderson Group, and Drew Holcomb.


Alexis Cason has been elevated to Associate Project Manager & will lead all special projects as well as support the newly created Brand Division. Cason completed the Grayscale University Intern program and was hired part-time as a web designer before being promoted to the newly created full-time position. The University Of Georgia graduate is also an entrepreneur overseeing custom jewelry e-commerce company, Cosmic Charlies, where she serves as Owner Operator.


Katharine Duckworth has joined Grayscale Marketing as a Graphic Designer for the Arts & Entertainment Division. Katharine is a recent graduate from the University of Alabama with a B.S. in Marketing and a Minor in Graphic Design and Advertising.


Amy Raidel has joined Grayscale Marketing as a Graphic Designer for the newly formed Brand Division. Amy is a recent graduate from the The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a B.S. in Marketing. Raidel previously interned with Two Men And a Truck, The Social Office, and healthcare company Erlanger Health Systems.


Samantha Volpe has joined Grayscale Marketing as a Graphic Designer for the newly formed Brand Division. Volpe previously served as the Digital Marketing Strategist at Kaleidoscope Media, Production Coordinator with M Street Entertainment Group, and Production Assistant at NBCUniversal in Chicago. She is an Indiana University Graduate with focuses on Communications, Design, and Production.


Richard Roberts has joined Grayscale Marketing as a Video & Motion Graphics Designer for the Arts & Entertainment Division. Roberts is a graduate of Jacksonville University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Music with a specialization in Business and a minor in Marketing. Richard previously interned at the Jacksonville Sharks, a professional indoor football team, AristoMedia Group, and Dolphinium Records.


Conner Chrisman has joined the Grayscale Marketing team as a Research and Engagement specialist for the Arts & Entertainment Division after completing the a six month Grayscale University Intern program. Chrisman graduated Middle Tennessee State University in May with a B.S. in Music Business and a minor in Public Relations.
