90 Day Evaluation (These are conducted each quarter by your supervisors) Bi-Weekly meetings stop and 45 day review touchpoints begin.

YEAR 1

365 Day Evaluation (These are conducted annually by your supervisors)

PROMOTIONS

Promotions and raises are based on attitude and effort first, skill set, leadership, and responsibility second, and your evaluation results third.
