You've passed your Grayscale Certification! Congratulations! 

​

Over the next 2 weeks, to finish out your 1st month, you will now begin taking your Facebook Blueprint classes. Please plan to finalize all of the training modules by the end of your first 90 days at Grayscale. Reference the Facebook Blueprint Page for directions and links.

  • Begin full time work in your actual position. 

  • Meet with CEO once every two weeks for 30 minutes. You will discuss specific skills to develop, goals, feedback, leadership development, and more. This is your time to connect directly with Tim.

  •  End of month 1 - 30 Day evaluation (We will review your work, effort, and attitude so far on your journey. We will also   make plans to help you develop and continue to learn & master your role over the next 30 days. 

  • The first 90 days of your employment are very important. Stay focused, keep learning, keep a great attitude, and understand you are new and have a lot to learn.
