Day 10: Review and Certification
That flew by! Your first two weeks are almost complete. Once you finalize this initial onboarding training you will be moving on to weeks 3 - 12 of your training covering your first 90 days.
Today you will need to spend reviewing everything you have learned to this point to prepare for the Grayscale Certification quiz at the end of the day.
Project Management
Project managers are only as good as the processes and procedures that are in place, understood, trained on, implemented, tracked, and refined. However, That building strong organizational and workflow habits early on at Grayscale is important. These best practices, we have found, when implemented in your first 90 days of training daily significantly improve your readiness to contribute and gain involvement in more meaningful ways.
Sit with the Project Manager and VP of Operations to now discuss how all of the items you have learned over the last two weeks to clarify how it all comes together.

Grayscale Culture Club
Our company culture club is an organized committee made up of volunteers within the company that focus on promoting and enhancing our overall workplace culture. Its main objective is to foster a positive and inclusive work environment by creating a sense of community, encouraging employee engagement, and organizing various activities and initiatives that align with the company's values and mission.
The club typically consists of employees from different departments and levels within the organization who are passionate about shaping a positive and supportive workplace culture. They have regular meetings to brainstorm ideas, plan events, and discuss ways to improve our work environment.
Key functions and activities of a company culture club may include:

Event Planning: Organizing events and activities that bring the team together, such as team-building exercises, social gatherings, themed parties, charity drives, and celebrations for special occasions like work anniversaries or holidays.

Wellness Programs: Initiating wellness initiatives to promote physical and mental health among employees, such as fitness challenges, meditation sessions, finance education, or workshops on stress management.

Diversity and Inclusion: Advocating for diversity and inclusion in the workplace and promoting awareness through workshops, seminars, and activities that celebrate different cultures, backgrounds, and perspectives.

Recognition and Rewards: Recognizing and rewarding outstanding employee performance through programs like "Employee of the Month" or peer-to-peer recognition via our #Culture Currency Program

Culture Currency is a form of reward that any employee can provide to another. The reward is in the form of tickets. Any employee can nominate any coworker for between 1-3 tickets per nomination. Those nomination tickets can be for Attitude, Communication, Assistance (Above & Beyond), Effort (Above & Beyond), Courtesy and Kindness (Above & Beyond), Integrity or Generosity.
