About the Position:

Simply put, you own our client's digital communication outright.

We will depend on you to provide strategic and creative leadership in augmenting internal and external social media channels, email programs, specific campaigns, and newsletters. You deliver insights based on social media, email, and web traffic data to further grow audience and engagement while driving further enhancements and personalization of campaigns. You execute key operational tasks, from creative setup and HTML coding, to A/B testing, QA, deployment, tracking, reporting, and analytics.

It's not a job, it's a passion. Creativity and Analytics. It's just your thing.

Knowing and teaching best practices and trends across digital marketing outlets from on-boarding, goal setting, milestone and KPIs, objectives and initiatives, content and editorial calendars, prompt writing, monitoring, social listening, ensuring brand consistency, engagement, customer service, growth, and reporting all organic activities across platforms.

You are the conductor, you build out the overall strategy alongside the project manager, work with the copywriting and creative teams to bring the vision to life, engage in relevant social discussion about the company, competitors, and/or industry, test and track what is working and adjust and communicate your needs to the team to ensure flawless execution again and again.
