About the Position:
Brand Account Executives at Grayscale Marketing are on the front lines effectively managing the day-to-day of our client's full project including digital and traditional marketing, PR, and media campaigns. The main responsibilities of the position will be to lead and manage the entire life of your accounts, including serving as the main point of contact for a wide range of clients across the corporate landscape including financial services, healthcare, textile, machinery, consumer products, and services.

Job Description:

  • We’ll look to you to help execute campaigns that integrate seamlessly with the client’s broader marketing strategy, which will require knowledge of the sector and/or marketing in general

  • Lead weekly client calls

  • Build weekly team and client agendas to ensure clarity and flawless execution. 

  • You will help plan, launch, and evaluate campaigns across their entire lifecycle for our clients and own their outcomes. 

  • You will be a relentless problem solver and will constantly be assessing and resolving both simple and complex challenges for both clients and your team

  • You will manage day-to-day communications between the client and the extended internal team (and a whole host of other people in between.)

  • You will work with (and at times, manage) other internal resources to execute against clients’ social media strategies, campaigns, and goals

  • We expect all of our team members to contribute to the creation and contextualization of program metrics and platform data

  • Add value to social advertising, earned media support based upon client goals and objectives

  • We live and breathe the social & digital space (and love nothing more than learning about something new) so we expect all of our Account Executives to have an innate curiosity

  • Often you will have to take complex issues or technologies and reframe them for internal and external audiences in a swift and concise fashion

  • Assist and help liaise with creative, paid, and operations teams on project and client needs

  • Compile client SOWs, vendor agreements, change orders, and other contract documents with the Project Manager

  • Own SOW approvals & revisions

Require Skills:

  • A Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of interactive/digital agency experience working on digital/social strategies + campaigns as an account manager or executive

  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills; ability to work in an environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities

  • You ensure the team is producing error-free copy, assets, media, and client-ready documents daily and right out of the gate

  • Have client-facing experience

  • Collaborate developing RFP, ideation, strategy, milestones, and results for our clients across internal teams and third-party vendors/stakeholders

  • Participate in proposal building, pitching, closing of business when needed

  • Be a relentless problem solver

  • Be a great listener that makes out clients feel confident they have chosen the best marketing partner

  • Be a solution-based AE that offers strategy and feedback, celebrates wins, and expands new business services with the client. 

  • The ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to enable all participants to feel equally invested in strategies and executions and keep everyone in the know and in a position to succeed

  • Must be an excellent quarterback in each of the accounts you manage. ​​
